How we work
We are mostly hybrid: most teams come into an office two days a week and decide the rest themselves. Twice a year, the whole company gathers for a week — once in summer, once in winter — to plan, celebrate and spend time together.
Engineering ships continuously. There are no quarterly "releases" — features go out as small, well-tested changes, behind feature flags, several times a day. Decisions are written down. Disagreement is welcomed and is expected to be specific.
