Secure file transfer
Move files of any size between people, teams, and external partners through encrypted shareable links. Single files can reach 100 GB on Business plans and 250 GB on Enterprise plans. Transfers resume automatically if your network drops, and partial uploads are deduplicated so you never re-send the same bytes twice.
Every link is signed with a per-share token. You decide who can open it (anyone, only signed-in users, or a specific email list), how long it stays valid, and whether downloads, prints and screenshots are permitted. Watermarking can be enabled per-share to discourage unauthorised redistribution.
- Shareable links with optional passwords and expiry dates
- Per-recipient access — anyone, signed-in users only, or a named list
- Bandwidth-friendly chunked uploads with automatic resume
- Dynamic watermarking for view-only and download-only links
- Server-side virus scanning and content-type validation
Smart sync across every device
WIZZ Cloud's native desktop client keeps your work in two places at once: in the cloud, where it is safe and shareable, and on your machine, where it is fast and offline-capable. Selective sync means engineers can pin the projects they touch daily without pulling down the entire company archive.
On mobile, the app gives you read access to everything, full editing on common document types, and a "scan to PDF" capture mode for paperwork on the go. Conflict resolution uses a three-way merge and never silently overwrites work — you always get a chance to review.
Supported platforms
- Windows 10 and 11 (x64, ARM64)
- macOS 12 Monterey and later (Intel and Apple Silicon)
- Linux (Debian/Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL family, openSUSE)
- iOS 15+ and Android 10+
- Web browsers — Chromium, Firefox, Safari, Edge
Real-time collaboration
Open a document and you can see who else is reading or editing it right now. Inline comments thread cleanly, get notified to the right people, and stay attached to the relevant paragraph even after later edits. Suggestions can be proposed without changing the original until a reviewer accepts them.
Word-processor and spreadsheet editing happens directly in the browser, with no plugin to install. For complex Office documents, the platform can co-launch the desktop version of Microsoft 365 or LibreOffice and keep changes synchronised through the WIZZ Cloud sync engine.
E-signatures and approvals
Send a document for signature in a few clicks. Drag fields where you need them — signature, initial, date, free text, checkbox. Signers can sign by typing, drawing, or uploading a stored signature, and every step is captured in a tamper-evident audit trail. eIDAS-compliant qualified electronic signatures are available on Enterprise plans for contracts that need them.
Workflow automation
Set up rules that fire when documents arrive, get tagged, or finish review. A common automation is "incoming invoices from the finance@ inbox land in the AP folder, are tagged with the supplier name, and are routed to the controller for approval." No code required, but a JavaScript-flavoured rule engine is there for the cases that need it.
Retention and legal hold
Administrators define retention policies per workspace, folder, or document class. Deleted files survive in a recycle bin for the configured period, and items under legal hold cannot be deleted — even by their owner — until the hold is released. Every retention action is logged.
Audit logging and reporting
Every meaningful event — sign-in, file access, share creation, permission change, admin action — produces a structured audit record. Records can be searched in the admin console, exported as CSV or JSON, or streamed in real time to your SIEM through the syslog or webhook endpoints. Compliance reports are pre-built for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR Article 30 records of processing.
Integrations
WIZZ Cloud connects to the apps your team is already using. Identity is the most common: SCIM provisioning and SAML or OpenID Connect single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, JumpCloud and OneLogin. From there it gets more interesting:
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for in-place editing
- Slack and Microsoft Teams for previews and approvals in chat
- DocuSign and Adobe Sign for hybrid signature flows
- Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite and SAP for record-attached files
- Zapier, Make, and n8n for the long tail of automation
For everything else there is a documented REST API with OpenAPI 3 specification, webhook events for the major lifecycle moments, and official SDKs for JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java.
