Terms of service

Last updated 12 January 2026. These terms govern your use of the WIZZ Cloud service. Master service agreements with custom terms are available for Enterprise customers.

1. The service

WIZZ Cloud Kft. ("WIZZ Cloud", "we", "us") provides the WIZZ Cloud platform — a cloud-based file sharing, storage and collaboration service accessed through web, desktop, and mobile clients. Your access to the service is governed by these terms together with the Order Form, the Data Processing Addendum, and any other documents we incorporate by reference.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact security@wizzair.cloud immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WIZZ Cloud to store, share or transmit content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of others, or that violates our acceptable use policy. We may suspend access to specific content or to an entire workspace if we are notified that this rule has been broken, and we will give you notice before doing so wherever lawful and reasonable.

4. Your content

You own the content you upload. We do not claim any rights over it beyond the limited licence we need to operate the service on your behalf (to store it, transmit it to the people you share it with, generate previews, run virus scanning, and back it up). We do not use customer content to train machine learning models, full stop.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your Order Form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are invoiced annually in advance, payable within 30 days, and exclusive of VAT. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase that affects your contract.

6. Term and termination

Your subscription runs for the term set out in the Order Form and renews automatically for the same period unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the renewal date. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice, where the breach has not been cured.

On termination, you have 60 days to export your data. After that period it is permanently deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

7. Availability

Our Service Level Agreement is published in the Trust Centre and applies to paid plans. Availability targets are measured at the service-tier level and apply to the production environment.

8. Warranty and disclaimer

We warrant that the service will perform substantially in accordance with our documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

Each party's aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees paid or payable by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Neither party excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account administrators by email and posted in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the change, you may terminate your subscription within that notice period.
