2026-04-18 · Elevated latency on EU-Amsterdam (resolved)

Between 14:08 and 14:52 UTC, a subset of customers in the EU-Amsterdam region observed elevated latency for file uploads. The root cause was a misbehaving network edge node, which was drained and replaced. No data was lost or exposed. A full post-incident report was sent to affected administrators.

2026-03-02 · Degraded preview generation (resolved)

For approximately 90 minutes, preview rendering for office documents was delayed by up to five minutes. The core platform was unaffected. We have since reworked the queue auto-scaler to avoid the cold-start cluster the incident exposed.
