Can I trial WIZZ Cloud before I commit?
Yes — every plan can be trialled for 30 days, no credit card required, and we can extend the trial for procurement reviews. Talk to our sales team about a guided pilot if you want help mapping WIZZ Cloud to a specific workflow.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly or annually, by credit card or by invoice in EUR, USD, GBP and CHF. Annual contracts come with a 15% discount and a fixed price for the contract term. Mid-cycle seat additions are pro-rated.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Once you cross 100 users, our sales team will negotiate a contract that reflects the size and term of the deployment. Public sector, education, and registered non-profits get separate published pricing — please ask.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything at any time as a single archive or through the API. After cancellation we keep your data in a frozen state for 60 days so you can change your mind, and then it is permanently and irreversibly destroyed. The destruction certificate is delivered by email.
Do you offer on-premises deployment?
WIZZ Cloud is a SaaS-first product, but a self-managed option is available for Enterprise customers with regulatory requirements that preclude cloud. It runs on any CNCF-compliant Kubernetes cluster and is supported by our customer engineering team.
